Our venue is set inside Marylebone station itself, offering a buzzing place to grow your venture. The office has two entrances, one from the concourse and one from the outside and was formally the British Rail Head Office, now transformed into a modern workspace with plenty of heritage. The building is Grade II listed and was refurbished in 2019, offering fantastic serviced office space for hire and 4 light and airy meeting rooms. The space also offers some further office amenities including of a library, living room and a mini retreat space complete with a hanging chair. The office's location inside Marylebone train station offers ridiculously fantastic transport links, literally right on your doorstep, so commuting to work has never been easier! Plus, this area of London features amazing eateries, bars, and coffee shops in the surrounding area, making it a really pleasant place to work.

Room fine, perfect for what we needed it for, however the option to have a place for confidential waste would be useful. Apparently the shredder was broken, but in a large place such as this there should be a better procedure to offer the removal and disposal of confidential waste.

Really nice office location within Marylebone railway station. A very characterful building with a couple of cosy common spaces (checkout the library in the basement floor).
