Where the façade is grand, the interior's classic proportions create large calming spaces, with a completely open-plan ground floor filled with natural light, meditation rooms, a gym a terrace and a rooftop garden with incredible skyline views. This office building is located just around the corner from Victoria station, head to Bridge Place and, once you reach the end of the road past the passport office, turn left onto Eccleston Square where you'll find Thomas House. The meeting rooms in the office building are available for hire by the hour, or by the day, for both internal and external clients; with 13 meeting rooms available to hire, I am sure we will have something to suit your requirements. If you are looking for office space in the London Victoria area, then look no further. We have private offices available to rent; from offices with 4 desks all the way to offices with 70 desks. We also have coworking options available in the form of hot desks if that suits your requirements better. When you rent an office or desk from us, you will have access to all of our office amenities, including the use of our meeting rooms.

Geat place to meet and great location for our company meeetings. We have used it twice and will book again.

Very smart offices with TOG. Great recedption and very clean and modern offices. Ground floor cafe which was great. Check-in was easy. The location could be better described (as its on corner of Gillingham Street and Eccleston Square). Putting that on website be helpful and photo of the front door. Otherwise superb service and great offices. I would use again.

This meeting space was lovely and welcoming, with lots of nice touches (flip chart, sweets, pencils, nice selection of coffee/tea/biscuit (for small extra cost). Central location was great for busy trustees coming in from outside London. Will definitely use again - just wish the map had been better/more detailed as some of us got disoriented coming from Victoria Station and entrance is not actually on the square but on Belgrave St. Would've been helpful to tell us to go to 1st floor as had a little confusion at reception as we had booked through Zipcube and the reception didn't have record. But that's minor. Once we found the space we were charmed. Definitely recommend.
