The room was really scuffed and damaged - the pictures weren't really a good reflection at all. Everything just looked really worn and tired. There was no whiteboard in the room which was a real problem for us. Just a flipchart stand that had a small whiteboard at the base which wasn't appropriate for a meeting of 6 people. Coffee was offered and made when we arrived, but we weren't then offered any sort of refill after that point, or shown how to use the facilities to make our own either. All in all quite disappointed with the room and wouldn't book this room again.

Good venue and nice room but a few complaints: expected a conference telephone but none was available, and the kitchen was lame (i.e. freeze dried coffee etc).

Please make sure the marker that goes with the whiteboard is not dry, other than that everything is great!

The feedback I've received from the meeting attendees was very nice.
The location is great as it's only few minute walk from our office so I'll definitely use it in the future.
