Our stripped back and refreshed 1960s office building at number 20 Eastbourne Terrace offers a light and roomy environment for you to call a home from home. Oozing Scandinavian style, 20 Eastbourne Terrace is a great private office space for rent located right by Paddington station.
We have ten meeting rooms on site which can be hired externally. Our meeting rooms are very flexible, and can in most cases be set up in any fashion that best suits your needs. With mounted screens in every room, our boardrooms are especially suited to video conferencing and presentations.
When you rent a private office with us, you will also have access to all of our meeting rooms, as well as the breakout spaces, shared kitchen area, and all of the amenities you could expect from a high-end office building included in the price.
