Centrally situated in the heart of Canary Wharf with great transport links, The Pearson Room is the perfect location for your next corporate event. It offers a variety of versatile event spaces, from lounge areas for drinks receptions to exclusive hire spaces for gala networking events, meetings, conferences and team sporting events. With views of Canary Wharf and lots of natural daylight The Pearson Room is the perfect alternative space for you to hold your meetings with dining. The décor, inspired by 1950s Hitchcockian styles, offers an easy going, intimate atmosphere that is a casual yet sophisticated serving seasonally inspired cocktails and all day menus designed to inspire and delight after a day of hectic meeting. Relax at the bar and enjoy your drink. Note that we offer semi-private areas, as The Pearson Room is one big open space. For meeting we also offer a Board meeting room with screen for a presentation (maximum capacity: 14 guests). Meeting room is part of Third Space membership club, and is located on the same floor as the restaurant. The dedicated events team will offer full assistance for planning and design of your event. They will liaise with you on room set-up, audio visual equipment and menu design. Plasma screen, flip charts, notepads and pens can be provided. Tea, filtered Coffee and Water is included in the price of a daily or half daily rate. Nearest transport links are the Canary Wharf tube station on the Jubilee or Elizabeth Line, and Canary Wharf DLR.
