I just wanted to update my previous review, having spoken to the lettings manager. They have already put warning signage up about the hot tap and the step down into the theatre box, provided a bin for the room, and clarified the times shown on the bookings through Zip Cube. They are committed also to improving the customer service experience. They seemed genuinely responsive to the feedback, and I'm optimistic that if I returned there again these issues would have been addressed, leaving the positive elements of a good value venue without the downsides I experienced.

Booked through Zipcube. Something went wrong as we made a few requests via the original booking request but on the day never received them. Such as Tea & Coffee. Likewise we had to set up the room ourselves.
Cleanliness was good through presentation upon arrival was lacking. There was a few jugs of cold coffee and tea on some chairs which were piled up. Presuming this was from a previous meeting there.
Staff would not provide tea/coffee but rather told me to contact zipcube who would then contact us.
This said price is reasonable for the location.
Room good as a small vocals / drama space, however, anything in the main hall can echo through.

All went well apparently. I didn’t attend obviously but my colleagues were happy.

Brian at Conway is a gem! Always very helpful and made the day go as smoothly as possible. I would without reservation, book Conwah Hall again!
