I took this room because we had a few meetings and the whiteboard and projector would help us to get these done efficiently.

The room is very cramped for 6! There was no air conditioning so we had to open the window to cool the room. With the window we couldn't be heard on conference call - so for 90 minutes we had to just close the room and survive the heat.

Having specifically asked for the white board and projector. I had to go up and ask for the pens and leads which was just a lack of attention to detail.

Finally, having said they would lock the door for us so we could leave our laptops in the room when we had a break, the conference organisers office was locked when we needed to lock the room.

I was very disappointed with the service and will definitely not be using that room again.
