Very nice experience again, 3 weeks later. All nicely laid out, great location and room. The reception experience improved for some of us on arrival, for others they again did not get told how to use the passes. We also went over our booked time but didn't realise. No one came to inform us and we didn't notice the time, no clock in room and mid discussions we didn't look at the time. Got out as soon as we did notice and informed the floor reception, who were already on the phone to someone saying we had not got out yet but again a minor thing. Happy to use Zipcube, as they are very helpful and accommodating in finding a room, sorting out our requirements and quick to get back to you. More than happy to use them again and recommend them.

The staff at Zipcube were very helpful and attentive. They were more than help with the search and organisation of the venue. The room was perfect as were the requested light refreshments and breakfast. Our only confusion was with the Reception, who did not ask if we were here as 1st time users and inform us how to use the passes, the lift or what floor we were supposed to be on, or how to get back to reception as firs time users. Also presuming that we were with some other company/conference. Of course we did figure it all out. Now we understand how it works. We are more than happy with the overall experience and are already planning our next few meeting there. Hana

The service from Zipcube was faultless, however the service at reception was a bit hit and miss. Firstly they didn't make it clear that we all needed a pass to get through security so we had to go back to check in. Secondly we were shown to the wrong room which I questioned , the girl moved us with the excuse that she didn't have her glasses on?
However the room was in a great location, clean, with all amenities as promised. Thanks!
