At Podium Space - Sandford Gate, we've created 63 office suites that actually work for the way businesses operate today. Our three-storey building in Oxford's East Point Business Park houses everything from single-person offices to spaces for teams of 50, and we've made sure each one comes with proper air conditioning and furniture that's comfortable enough for those long working days. We know the small details matter when you're running a business. That's why every suite comes with high-speed broadband that's already connected and tested - you can literally move in and start working the same day. Our contracts include all your utilities and daily cleaning, and we keep the kitchens stocked with proper bean-to-cup coffee and tea throughout the day. No instant coffee here. Our four meeting rooms get plenty of use from clients who need somewhere professional for interviews, training sessions, or team meetings. Each room has AV equipment that actually works (we check it regularly), and according to our recent bookings, people particularly appreciate how clean and modern the spaces feel. Several clients have mentioned they keep coming back because the booking process is straightforward and our team makes sure everything's ready when they arrive. The Dock Club, our members' business lounge, has become a real hub for networking. We run regular events there, and on certain days we put on complimentary refreshments. It's also where you'll find hot desks if you need a change of scenery from your main office. Practical things we've sorted: free parking right outside (no hunting for spaces), 24-hour access for those deadline nights, secure bike storage, and proper showers with fresh towels. We're right off the M40 and A34, making it easy for your team and clients to reach us, whether they're coming from Oxford city centre or further afield.
