We had a very productive meeting and the venue was very nice, clean and well stocked. In addition, the personnel there were very polite and helpful.

The room was not ready for me and although I booked from 11-12 I wasn’t able to access until 11.10. I was left waiting at reception for ages and then in the coffee area, wouldn’t use again

I booked this for our leadership team who found the venue unprepared and under equipped. The meeting start was delayed by 20mins and no compensation offered.
