We had initial problems with the phone and wifi but the staff there was fantastic and deserves a huge pat on the back for her customer service and attitude. So rare to find anywhere nowadays, let alone London. Would be enough to make me come back.

Venue was in a great location, and it was easy to get access just before the scheduled time to set up.

The down sides were that they didn't seem to be aware of requests submitted to Zipcube (Tea/Coffee, flipchart), and they didn't have enough AV equipment on-site to get the audio from the laptop working through the TV. I tried contacting Regus directly a few days prior by email to get confirmation of this set up, however no one responded. Also you need a card to enter/leave the floor which makes it difficult to come and go (as they only had 1 card).
