A dedicated office building within Waterloo Station. This office has some of the best transport links you could hope for in London, and further afield. The office building itself has a number of private offices available to rent, ranging in size from 5 desks to 30 desks, so we are sure to be able to find you something that suits your needs. Should none of these offices quite work for you, our network across London will definitely have an ideal office for you, so do get in touch with us via Zipcube for your next office move. Inside Waterloo mainline station on the concourse, opposite platforms 23 and 24, next to the baggage reclaim. Look for a large stone doorframe with a carved face at the top and you can't miss us. Scott House couldn't be easier to find. Recognisable by its grand original entrance, Ben Adams Architects took inspiration from traditional Japanese interiors to create a clean-lined and ordered interior with muted colours and plenty of natural light. There are 7 meeting rooms available to hire externally, and of course if you rent an office with us, you will also have access to these.

The meeting room at Scott House, London Waterloo was easy to book and in a fantastic location. A warm welcome, clean room and good facilities. The only thing they could do is highlight that the access to Scott House is right next to Exit 5 of the train station (and inside the station) to make it easier to find.

Rob turned up and the reception had to spend the first 15 mins trying to find out what has happened and try to cover the embarrassment that the room was not ready when he arrived at 9am. This is awful considering the room was booked from 8am so should have been ready from 8am!
