On arrival we discovered that there was pile of rubbish (used cups, tea bags, hot water containers, etc) left from the previous meeting. Shame I cannot post the photos of that room here. Despite promising a video projector and having it attached to the ceiling, it was impossible to connect our laptop to it due to lack of any cables. Logging into the system was impossible as no password was provided. Technical support (over the telephone) was impossible as nobody works there on the weekends and we were not told that beforehand. We almost failed the event there but luckily some security guard had a bit of know-how and helped us to log in to the system.
Overall, dreadful experience with the venue, barely any support from the company zipcube. I am writing this review 2nd time as the first review was clearly removed.

I am not entirely sure at which end all wires got crossed: at the point of booking initially required Cass Seminar Room was not available, and we were offered replacement, and promised the details, however the confirmation via email still came for Cass Room. We have arrived to the venue only to find out, after some telephone calls between the staff, that a different room in a different University Campus has been reserved for us, seemingly it was the second option the details of which have never been emailed to us beforehand. Luckily both were only 10min walk apart. Otherwise communication with the venue staff and all arrangements at the place were brilliant, only Wi-Fi kept disappearing, and we have not been given the password, only IT technician who came to provide required arrangements upon arrival.

We had a very successful course and the room was absolutely fine.
