Our Village Brasserie serves British dishes with Mediterranean influences - perfect for starting your evening before the party moves to our bar spaces. The terrace overlooking the canal comes alive during warmer months. We set up cocktail receptions out here where you can watch the sunset paint Manchester's skyline while your guests mingle with drinks in hand. Inside, we configure our spaces based on your group size - intimate corners with brilliant gold trimmings for smaller gatherings, or we open up the entire bar for those 200+ person celebrations.
