Service from Zip cube was fantastic, however having experienced the room we booked for yesterday, was not fantastic. There was no air con in the room and had to ask numerous amount of times to have water as it was so warm in there. The catering was poor, sandwiches were warm and very off putting. This was not a low sum of money we paid for this and would appreciate someone to review the price charged for this room when it isn't necessarily the service we hoped and paid for.
