We've arranged the room to seat 20 comfortably in boardroom style, though we regularly reconfigure it for different needs. U-shaped layouts work brilliantly for training sessions with 15 participants, while reception-style events can accommodate up to 50 guests. The modern furniture moves easily, so whether you're planning a workshop, board meeting, or community consultation, we'll help set up the space exactly as you need it. Period architectural details provide an elegant backdrop without overwhelming the clean, professional environment. You'll find a flip chart ready for brainstorming sessions and plenty of wall space for materials. The neutral colour scheme helps maintain focus, while the quiet atmosphere of our historic library location means your discussions won't be interrupted by the usual office distractions. Practical considerations are well covered too. Our Wi-Fi handles video conferences smoothly, and presentation equipment is available when required. During breaks, the adjoining gardens offer a peaceful spot for fresh air, or your team might prefer walking to The Princess of Wales pub at 146 Lea Bridge Road for lunch. The Spot café at 334 serves excellent coffee for those early morning starts. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with several bus routes stopping practically outside our door.
