The Bourbon Bar on our first floor is where Victorian architecture meets Manchester's creative energy. Those exposed brick walls have watched over Northern Quarter gatherings for more than a century, and today they frame one of the most versatile party spaces in the neighbourhood. Step through the doors and you're greeted by our impressive bourbon collection behind the wooden bar counter, with bottles that serious whisky enthusiasts travel across the city to sample. The space flows naturally between the bar area with its high stools and the main room, where reclaimed wooden tables and chairs can be arranged however your celebration demands. We've seen every configuration imaginable, from dance floors for 30th birthday parties to theatre-style setups for creative workshops. Large windows flood the room with natural light during afternoon gatherings, while our vintage lighting fixtures create the perfect ambiance when evening rolls around. The wooden floors have that satisfying creak that only comes with genuine character, and our eclectic wall art adds personality without overwhelming your own decorations. For evening bookings, you get exclusive use of our private bar, meaning your guests won't queue behind anyone else. Our sound system connects easily to your playlist, and the DJ booth is ready if you're bringing someone to keep the dance floor moving.
