Two decades of Latin American celebrations have shaped our Semi-Private Area into something special. Step through from the main dining room and you'll find yourself in a space where green banquettes line the walls, topped with vibrant patterned cushions that guests always comment on. We've watched countless birthday parties unfold here, corporate teams bond over shared plates of ceviche, and anniversary dinners stretch well into the evening. The room holds 65 of your friends standing comfortably, or we can arrange seating for 50 when you want everyone around tables. Those plush green banquettes run along the perimeter, while our wooden tables and chairs fill the center space. Plants cascade from above, and the warm lighting catches the vertical striped walls just right when evening falls. Through the windows, you'll catch glimpses of boats bobbing in St Katharine's Dock marina. Our kitchen sends plates directly to your party, whether that's our famous sea bass with green mango or towers of Iberico Pork Carnitas for the table to share. The tequila and mezcal cocktails flow from our bar, where bartenders who've been with us for years know exactly how to keep a celebration moving. We stock organic and biodynamic wines from Latin regions too, if that's more your speed. The space transforms depending on what you need. We've set it theatre-style for 50 when companies present new projects, arranged it boardroom-style for 30 during strategy sessions, or kept it cocktail-style when groups want to mingle freely. The PA system handles speeches and presentations, while Wi-Fi and air conditioning keep everyone comfortable.
