Victorian farmhouse meets modern celebration space at The Skylark café, where your entire venue booking transforms our beloved community hub into your personal party haven. Our flexible layout adapts brilliantly to your vision. In winter months, we comfortably seat 50 guests beneath exposed beam ceilings that add warmth and character to the space. Come summer, we throw open the doors to our wooden-decked terrace, expanding capacity to 110 guests who can flow freely between indoor comfort and outdoor revelry. Long banquettes line the walls for relaxed conversation, while our mix of tables accommodates everything from intimate dinner parties to buzzing cocktail receptions. The venue comes alive differently for each event. Wedding parties love how the terrace catches golden hour light, birthday celebrations take advantage of our PA system for speeches and playlists, while corporate teams appreciate the reliable Wi-Fi and air-conditioning that keeps everyone comfortable. Our in-house catering means no juggling external suppliers - we prepare seasonal party menus fresh in our kitchen, from canapé selections to celebration cakes that match your theme. Beyond these walls, 170 acres of Wandsworth Common become your extended venue.
