The Bar Lounge works perfectly for those times when you want your own corner of the action without missing out on the buzz. We've designed this semi-private space to give you the best of both worlds, with room for 40 guests standing or 30 seated cabaret-style around tables. Green velvet seating runs along the walls, creating comfortable spots for guests to settle between conversations, while our wooden furnishings add warmth to the botanical-inspired décor. The bar takes centre stage here, fully stocked and staffed throughout your event, so drinks flow as easily as the conversation. Soft lighting sets just the right mood, whether you're hosting afternoon drinks or an evening celebration. What really sets this space apart are the bifolding doors that open directly onto our outdoor terrace. During summer parties, guests naturally drift between inside and out, cocktails in hand. When Leeds weather plays along, that terrace becomes an extension of your party space, doubling your options for how the evening unfolds. We've equipped the Bar Lounge with everything modern events need, including Wi-Fi that actually works, a flatscreen TV for presentations or photo slideshows, and a PA system for speeches or background music. Our kitchen serves the full menu here too, from sharing platters of loaded flatbreads to proper sit-down meals featuring British, Asian and European dishes. The space sits just off our main bar area, so while you have your own dedicated zone, the energy of the venue keeps things lively.
