The Ivy welcomes up to 50 standing guests into a semi-private corner of our Grade II listed building, where three shuffleboard tables await beneath exposed brick walls and industrial ductwork. We've carved out this space specifically for groups who want their own area while still feeling connected to the energy of the main venue. Those glass block walls you'll notice aren't just for show – they create a natural boundary while letting light filter through, giving your party both privacy and atmosphere. The exposed ceiling pipes and modern lighting fixtures work together to create that industrial-meets-cozy feel we're known for throughout the building. Your group gets exclusive use of three shuffleboard tables, each equipped with our camera tracking technology that automatically scores every throw. The overhead screens mean everyone can follow the action, whether they're playing or cheering from the sidelines with a drink in hand. We typically see groups rotating between the tables throughout the night, with natural breaks for cocktails and conversation. The dedicated bar area in The Ivy stocks everything from our signature cocktails to local beers, and our bartenders know exactly how to keep drinks flowing for groups this size. Most parties order rounds of paddle board pizzas and small plates to share – the kitchen sends them directly to your space so you never have to leave the action. Our games masters pop in regularly to explain different game modes, settle any friendly disputes, and keep the energy high. They're particularly good at getting everyone involved, even those who claim they're "just here to watch." The Headrow location puts you right in Leeds city centre, with the station just a short walk away. Groups often continue their night out in the surrounding bars and restaurants, or start here before heading elsewhere – The Ivy works brilliantly as either a main event or part of a bigger celebration.
