Take over the entire pub for your celebration and watch 150 guests spread across our different spaces, each finding their perfect spot for the evening. We've hosted countless parties here at The Spencer Arms, from 50th birthdays that spill from the bar to the lounge, to wedding receptions where guests drift between the restaurant area and our outdoor benches overlooking Putney Common. Our full venue hire gives you exclusive use of every corner, including the bar with its local ales and creative cocktails, the restaurant space that seats 80 for a proper sit-down meal, and those coveted sofa spots by the fireplace. The layout flows naturally, so your guests can move between areas without feeling cramped, whether they're catching up at the bar or finding a quieter chat in what used to be the Snug. From April to October, the outdoor space becomes part of your party too. Those benches overlooking the Common have seen plenty of sunset toasts, and there's enough room for guests to step outside without losing the party atmosphere. Come winter, we light the fireplace and suddenly everyone gravitates towards the warmth, creating this brilliant buzz throughout the pub. Our kitchen team puts together seasonal British menus that work perfectly for celebrations. We'll sort you anything from canapés and sharing platters to three-course meals, with vegetarian options that are just as tempting as everything else. The PA system handles speeches and background music, while our flatscreen TV can display photos or presentations if you need them. Getting here couldn't be easier, with Putney station nearby and plenty of local buses. We're right on the edge of the Common, so your guests get that lovely green backdrop without venturing far from central London. Our team knows every inch of this space and how to make it work for your particular celebration.
