Beveridge Hall transforms your celebrations into something extraordinary. We've hosted countless gala dinners, awards ceremonies and company parties in this magnificent Art Deco space, and each time guests pause when they first enter, taking in the soaring ceilings and that spectacular skylight flooding the room with natural light. Charles Holden designed this hall in the 1930s, and we've carefully preserved every original detail while adding the technology modern events demand. The space holds 400 for theatre-style presentations or 200 for seated dinners, though we often create custom layouts depending on whether you're planning a formal banquet or cocktail reception. Our generous stage area works brilliantly for live entertainment, speeches or award presentations, and performers always comment on the exceptional acoustics that carry voices effortlessly across the room. We've installed a full-size projection screen, professional audio and video recording systems, both fixed and roving microphones, plus lighting that transforms from bright conference settings to the warm glow perfect for evening celebrations. The adjoining Crush Hall serves as your pre-party space, where that famous Art Deco staircase becomes the backdrop for arrival drinks and photographs. The spacious landings create natural spots for guests to mingle during cocktail hour. Planning a party here means working with our experienced events team who know every corner of this historic building. We coordinate with your chosen caterers, manage technical requirements, and ensure the evening flows exactly as you've imagined.
