The Semi-Exclusive Area sits right at the heart of our converted fire station, where original Victorian architecture meets contemporary comfort. Exposed ceiling beams run overhead while our signature pendant lights cast a warm glow across the space, and that magnificent skylight floods everything with natural light during daytime celebrations. We've designed this area to work brilliantly for different party styles. Long communal wooden tables seat up to 50 for dinner parties where everyone can properly catch up, or we can clear the floor for 70 guests to mingle with drinks in hand. The mix of furniture gives you options too, with bench seating tucked into corners for those inevitable heart-to-heart conversations that happen at the best parties, while the main tables anchor the room for dining or buffet service. Being semi-private means you get your own defined space while still feeling connected to the energy of our main bar. Your guests can easily pop over for another round of our house cocktails or local draught beers, then return to your celebration. The industrial-meets-cosy aesthetic, with wooden floors and carefully chosen artwork, creates an atmosphere that feels special without being stuffy. Our kitchen team can create anything from sharing platters for casual drinks parties to full three-course dinners. We've hosted everything from milestone birthdays where the whole extended family comes together, to Christmas parties that make the most of our festive decorations, to summer celebrations that spill between inside and our hidden garden. The space comes with everything sorted: WiFi for any presentations or playlists, full bar access, and our experienced events team who know exactly how to keep drinks flowing and food arriving at the right moments. Just off Chiswick High Road and walking distance from both Turnham Green and Chiswick Park stations, your guests will find us easily, and we're fully wheelchair accessible throughout.
