The brick vaulted ceilings catch your eye first when you walk into the Bistro at Maya, their curved arches creating an intimate cocoon that feels both grand and welcoming. We've kept these original features from the old warehouse days, letting the exposed brickwork tell its own story while our mosaic-topped tables and pastel-hued chairs bring a contemporary edge to the space.
