Fresh oysters and city views might draw guests upstairs to Seabird, but down here in our Dining Room, we create a different kind of magic around a single, beautiful wooden table. Twelve chairs circle this centerpiece, where countless business deals have been sealed over lunch and birthday toasts raised well into the evening. We've kept the design deliberately unfussy. Modern light fixtures cast a warm glow across the wooden surfaces, while our feature wall displays carefully chosen books and objects that spark conversation during those natural pauses between courses. The room breathes with natural light during daytime meetings, transforming into something more intimate when darkness falls outside. What sets this space apart is the wrap-around balcony access. Your guests can step outside between presentations, coffee in hand, or spill onto the balcony during livelier celebrations. We've watched groups use this flexibility in ways we never imagined, from product launches that needed extra display space to dinner parties where dessert moved outdoors under the stars. Part of our collection of private spaces we call The Apartment, this room embodies that light, airy feel we're known for. The built-in shelving isn't just decorative; we've seen clients use it to display their products, awards, or even family photos during milestone celebrations. Every detail works hard here, from the strong Wi-Fi that handles video conferences without a hitch to the atmosphere that shifts effortlessly from morning strategy session to evening celebration. Three minutes from Southwark Underground, with the Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe practically on our doorstep, getting here is straightforward for everyone on your guest list. We handle the details, you focus on your gathering, whether that's sealing a deal, celebrating a promotion, or simply bringing together twelve people who matter.
