We've created something special here on the South Bank, a proper Caribbean escape that works brilliantly for parties of all kinds, from milestone birthdays to corporate celebrations. The space comfortably holds 300 guests for standing receptions or 85 for seated dinners, with high ceilings that keep the atmosphere airy even when the party's in full swing. Our Rhumshack bar takes center stage, displaying over 300 rum varieties, the UK's largest collection, where your guests can watch our bartenders mix everything from classic mojitos to our signature Sorrell Sling. The wooden floors and woven pendant lamps create that warm island feel, while the mix of comfortable booths and dining tables means everyone finds their perfect spot.
