Step through the mahogany doorway into the Master's Saloon, where ten fortunate guests can dine exactly as the ship's captain once did during those legendary tea runs from China. This wood-paneled sanctuary showcases the finest craftsmanship of Victorian shipbuilding, with every surface gleaming under the soft glow of period-appropriate lighting. The centrepiece is our polished dining table, set with fine china and crystal that catches the light filtering through the original porthole windows. Rich leather-upholstered benches line the walls, their deep burgundy matching the warmth of the surrounding timber. These aren't museum pieces, they're functional luxuries that cradle your guests in comfort while surrounding them with authentic maritime heritage. We often start evenings with drinks up on the Weather Deck, where your party can take in the Thames views and watch the sun set over Greenwich before descending to this private haven. The transition from open air to intimate cabin creates a natural flow to your evening, building anticipation for what's to come. The Master's Saloon works beautifully for board dinners, milestone birthdays, or any gathering where privacy and atmosphere matter. Corporate groups appreciate the complete seclusion for sensitive discussions, while family celebrations love the story-telling potential of dining where maritime history was made. Just minutes from Greenwich station, with Island Gardens and Maze Hill also nearby, your guests won't struggle to find us. Once aboard, they'll discover that dining in the Master's Saloon isn't simply about the food, though our catering certainly rises to the occasion. It's about sharing an evening in a space that sailed the world's oceans, now anchored in time for your most important gatherings.
