We've designed this space for those special occasions when eight guests want to share something more personal than a restaurant booking, yet more polished than a home dinner party. Vintage wine cabinets line the walls, their glass doors reflecting the warm glow from our carefully positioned wall sconces and pendant lighting. The soft grey palette creates a cocoon of sophistication, while the ornate mirror above the fireplace doubles the candlelight and conversation. Our wooden chairs have been chosen for comfort during those long, leisurely meals where courses blend into stories and laughter echoes off the restored period features. What makes Ho Chi Minh particularly versatile is its semi-open connection to our neighbouring Hanoi room.
