The Ground Floor at The Fable comes alive the moment your guests step through those towering glass doors on Holborn Viaduct. We've watched countless parties unfold here, from raucous birthday celebrations to elegant wedding receptions, and the space never fails to spark that initial wow factor with its soaring windows that stretch from floor to ceiling. Our designers really went for it with the fairytale theme, weaving vintage typewriters into the decor and training ivy up the walls, but it's the practical touches that make parties here work so well. The striking geometric bar becomes command central for your celebration, where our bartenders keep drinks flowing until 1 AM thanks to our late license. We can accommodate 300 of your guests for standing receptions or seat 220 for dinner, and the open layout means everyone stays connected to the party energy. The natural light pouring through those massive windows creates brilliant photo opportunities during daytime events, while evening parties take on a more intimate glow with our carefully placed lighting. We've hosted everything from corporate cocktail receptions that spill onto our alfresco terrace to full-scale wedding parties where guests dance until the early hours. Our kitchen team adapts menus to match your celebration style, whether that's canapés and cocktails or a full seated dinner with vegan and gluten-free options sorted. The space comes equipped with WiFi, projector, and PA system, though most party hosts prefer to bring in their own DJs or bands to really get things going. Getting your guests here is straightforward, with Farringdon and City Thameslink stations just minutes away. The Ground Floor transforms beautifully for any celebration you have in mind, from milestone birthdays to company parties, all within our storybook-inspired setting that gives your event that extra touch of magic.
