This vast former sugar refinery floor spans enough room for 400 standing guests, with industrial beams stretching overhead and white walls that become whatever backdrop your event needs. The sprung wooden floor beneath your feet has hosted everything from wedding receptions to warehouse raves, corporate product launches to intimate acoustic sets. We've watched clients transform this space into art galleries one week, then full concert venues the next, using our remote-controlled mechanical truss to rig their lighting exactly where they want it. Ground floor access means your DJ equipment, catering stations, or exhibition pieces roll straight in without any awkward lifts or narrow corridors. Up on the mezzanine, you'll find private offices that work as VIP areas, plus a proper green room and hair and make-up room for performers or speakers.
