Perched on the sixth floor of our Grade II listed building, the Honey Private Dining Room transforms Manchester gatherings into something rather special. Through those distinctive arched windows, the city spreads out before you, creating a backdrop that shifts from daylight bustle to evening sparkle as your event unfolds. We've carefully preserved the Art Deco character that runs through our historic Spring Gardens location, pairing original parquet flooring with contemporary touches that make entertaining effortless. The grand piano in the corner has witnessed countless celebrations, from milestone birthdays where guests gathered around for impromptu performances to wedding receptions where newlyweds shared their first dance on the polished wood floor. Our team can arrange the space to suit your exact needs, whether that's an intimate banquet for 28 guests around candlelit tables adorned with fresh florals, or a more relaxed reception setup where people mingle freely. The room adapts beautifully, accommodating boardroom configurations for 16, or U-shaped arrangements for smaller strategy sessions of 8. Every practical detail has been considered. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, while our projector and flatscreen TV handle presentations smoothly when business calls. Natural light floods the space during daytime events, though we find the room takes on an entirely different character by evening, when soft lighting creates an intimate atmosphere perfect for celebration dinners.
