A mature olive tree anchors our most sought-after space at Searcys Champagne Bar, its silver-green leaves creating a natural canopy over curved booths wrapped in midnight blue velvet. We designed the Olive Tree Booths as a sanctuary within our bustling champagne bar, where groups can enjoy their own corner of our restored Art Deco Turbine Hall while still feeling connected to the energy around them. The deep velvet banquettes curve around polished marble tables, creating natural conversation spaces for up to 26 seated guests or 40 standing. Warm pendant lights cast pools of golden light across the tables, while a circular mirror amplifies the space and reflects glimpses of the original 1930s architecture beyond. Our guests often comment on how the booths feel both intimate and spacious, striking that perfect balance for celebrations. We've hosted countless birthday parties here, with groups taking over the booths for champagne toasts and oyster platters. Corporate teams book the space for client entertainment or team celebrations, appreciating how the semi-private setting allows for focused conversation while our staff keep the champagne flowing. The acoustics work particularly well, conversations stay contained within your group even when the main bar fills up on busy evenings.
