Rich mahogany panels wrap around our Council Chamber, where a magnificent domed ceiling crowns this Art Nouveau jewel within The Old Finsbury Town Hall. Step through from the sweeping staircases and you'll find yourself in a space where Edwardian craftsmanship meets contemporary celebration, complete with white pillars that rise elegantly to frame your event. Natural light dances through our original stained glass windows during daytime gatherings, painting gentle colours across the wood panelling. As evening approaches, our period chandeliers and delicate lighting fixtures transform the atmosphere, casting a warm glow that complements both cocktail receptions and formal dinners. The dome above creates remarkable acoustics, making every toast and conversation feel intimate despite the room's generous proportions. We can arrange the Council Chamber for up to 100 guests standing, perfect for drinks receptions where people naturally gather around the architectural features.
