This lower ground floor space at Pennyhill Park Hotel brings together the warmth of rich wooden paneling with the sparkle of magnificent chandeliers overhead, creating an atmosphere that works equally well for corporate celebrations or milestone birthdays. We've designed this room to flex with your plans. Need space for 150 guests mingling with cocktails? Done. Prefer a seated dinner for 120? The layout transforms beautifully. Those large windows flood the space with daylight during afternoon events, while come evening, the chandeliers cast a golden glow across the patterned carpet that adds just the right contemporary touch to our classic Surrey setting. The soundproof partition means you can create more intimate spaces when needed, or throw it open for maximum impact. Our in-house catering team knows this room inside out, timing service perfectly whether you're hosting a product launch with canapés on the terrace or a full wedding breakfast inside. The direct outdoor access proves particularly popular for summer parties, allowing guests to drift between the air-conditioned interior and the landscaped lawn as they please.
