The Premier Lounge sits high on Level 4 of the Grandstand, where Cardiff spreads out before you in two spectacular directions. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows on one side, the pitch stretches below, while the other reveals the city skyline, both views shifting beautifully as daylight changes throughout your event. We've designed this space to work hard for celebrations of every scale. The room welcomes up to 600 guests for cocktail receptions, where people naturally gravitate between our two bars and the comfortable seating areas. Those blue sofas tucked into corners become perfect spots for catching up with old friends. For seated dinners, we arrange up to 250 guests at round tables dressed in black linens with our signature purple chairs, creating an elegant setting that photographs beautifully. The flexibility here means we can completely transform the space between morning and evening. Corporate presentations use our LCD projector and staging setup for audiences of 450 in theatre style, while afternoon workshops might see us divide the room into two separate areas for breakout sessions. The mix of carpeted sections and wooden flooring helps define different zones naturally. Our fourth-floor location brings practical benefits too. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during summer parties, while natural light means daytime events feel bright and energetic without harsh artificial lighting. We've found the dual-aspect windows create an especially magical atmosphere during sunset celebrations, when the stadium lights begin to glow. Getting your guests here is straightforward, with Ninian Park station nearby and parking for up to 1,200 cars on-site.
