Executive Chef Karl O'Dell's team transforms our CORD Cookery School into something far more exciting than your typical party venue. We've watched countless groups arrive as colleagues and leave as friends, flour-dusted and laughing over the dishes they've just created together under the guidance of Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs. Our professional kitchen workspace accommodates up to 14 participants at individual cooking stations, each equipped with the same tools and equipment used to train world-class chefs. The room's modern design features sleek countertops, state-of-the-art induction hobs, and plenty of natural light filtering through the windows of our Grade II listed building on Fleet Street. For standing receptions, we can welcome up to 25 guests who'll enjoy canapés and drinks while watching cooking demonstrations on our large flatscreen display. Every detail supports both learning and celebration, from the air conditioning that keeps everyone comfortable during hands-on sessions to the flipcharts for recipe notes and team challenges. We provide all ingredients, professional-grade equipment, and aprons, so your guests simply turn up ready to cook. The Wi-Fi and business facilities mean you can seamlessly blend presentations with practical activities if needed. Corporate celebrations take on new life here when teams compete in friendly cook-offs or collaborate on creating restaurant-quality dishes. Birthday parties become interactive adventures where guests master French pastry techniques or perfect their knife skills. After your cooking session, the celebration continues in our adjoining restaurant or private dining rooms, where you can enjoy the fruits of your labour alongside dishes prepared by our kitchen team. Just minutes from St Paul's tube station and Blackfriars, our fully accessible venue includes lift access to all floors. Our alcohol licence means champagne toasts and wine pairings complement the culinary journey perfectly.
