We've been hosting evening receptions here for years, and watching guests' faces when they first walk through our grand entrance never gets old. Our Evening Receptions space transforms after 5pm into something quite magical, with over 450 square meters of gallery space that wraps around three interconnected areas, the West, East, and North Galleries. Picture this: your guests sipping champagne beneath high ceilings while surrounded by carefully curated artwork, the wooden floors gleaming under our gallery lighting. We can accommodate up to 350 guests for standing receptions or 160 seated, though most parties find the flow between our galleries perfect for mixing business with pleasure. The 19th-century architecture creates natural conversation spots, while the contemporary art exhibitions spark unexpected discussions. Our preferred catering partners know these spaces inside out, they'll work with you whether you're planning elegant canapés or a full dinner service. We've got the practical sorted too: climate control keeps everyone comfortable, our PA system actually reaches every corner (no dead zones, we promise), and the Wi-Fi handles whatever your guests throw at it. Want to bring in a DJ? The acoustics work brilliantly for live music, and our alcohol licence runs until 11pm. Getting here couldn't be simpler, Charing Cross Station is literally steps away, and yes, we're fully accessible with our cargo lift making deliveries straightforward. Corporate launches, charity galas, milestone celebrations, we've seen our galleries adapt to every kind of evening event imaginable. What makes evenings here special?
