Our Chartwell Suite commands attention from the moment your guests step through its grand doors. The soaring chandeliers catch the light across 2,607 square feet of event space, where detailed wood paneling meets contemporary comfort on the ground floor of our Portman Square venue. We've hosted everything from 300-guest product launches to intimate 50-person celebrations here, with the flexibility to partition the suite into two self-contained areas when your event calls for breakout sessions or separate dining and dancing spaces. The neutral palette and mirrored walls work like a blank canvas, adapting beautifully whether you're planning a wedding reception with 200 seated guests or a corporate gala with theatre seating for 250. Our events team regularly transforms the space to match your vision. Last month, we arranged cabaret-style seating for 144 guests at a charity auction, while the previous week saw the same room set for a tech conference with full audio-visual setup. The built-in sound system and reliable WiFi handle presentations smoothly, whilst air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even when the dance floor fills up. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Marble Arch station just around the corner and Oxford Street moments away. Your guests can easily pop over from meetings in Mayfair or shopping in the West End. The Chartwell's proximity to our heated terrace and cocktail bar creates natural flow for drinks receptions. Many clients start with welcome drinks on the terrace before moving into the suite for dinner, then open up both spaces later for dancing and mingling.
