The Magnolia Restaurant opens through sliding glass doors onto our garden patio, where wedding guests often gather for champagne while the photographer captures those golden hour shots. We've hosted everything from intimate birthday dinners for 20 to full wedding receptions for 160 seated guests, with space for 200 when configured for standing celebrations. Georgian windows run the length of the room, flooding the space with daylight and framing views across our landscaped grounds. We dress the tables in crisp white linens, and our events team adds coloured chair sashes to match your chosen theme. The neutral walls and contemporary touches create a canvas that works equally well for corporate celebrations or romantic wedding breakfasts. Our built-in open kitchen becomes part of the entertainment when we fire up the wood-burning stove for pizza stations or set up buffet displays. The kitchen connects directly to the dining space, so hot food arrives properly hot, whether we're serving formal plated dinners or interactive food stations with freshly grilled burgers and seasonal salads from our Oxfordshire suppliers. For dancing and speeches, we've installed a professional PA system alongside a projector and flatscreen TV for any presentations or photo montages you'd like to share. The room sits at ground level with full wheelchair access, and our car park has plenty of spaces for all your guests. Between courses, people often step out onto the patio, particularly during summer weddings when we can serve drinks outside as the sun sets over the Cotswolds. Our location in Faringdon puts you in proper countryside between Oxford and Swindon, far enough from traffic noise but still easy for guests to reach. With 50 bedrooms upstairs, your wedding party or celebration guests can stay the night and continue the festivities in our lounge bar.
