Once you pass through the original vault door, you're transported into Reading's most distinctive party space. The thick steel door that once protected bank deposits now welcomes guests into The Vault, where exposed brick walls tell stories of the building's financial past. We've preserved these authentic features while adding our own touches, like the cascading greenery that brings life to the historic brickwork. The real showstopper is our custom-made electric glass roof. On sunny days, we can retract it completely, turning your indoor celebration into an open-air party. Natural light floods the space during daytime events, while evenings take on a different character as the stars become your ceiling. The artificial grass flooring adds to this indoor-outdoor feel, creating a relaxed atmosphere that gets everyone in party mode. We've set up The Vault to handle anything from intimate gatherings to full-scale celebrations. For sit-down dinners, we can accommodate 70 guests around banquet tables. Prefer a cocktail-style party? We'll configure the space for 100 people to mingle comfortably. The bright orange seating and colourful chairs scattered throughout add pops of energy to the room, while our ping pong tables guarantee entertainment between drinks and dancing. Our in-house catering team serves everything from our famous sourdough pizzas to gourmet burgers and La Taqueria's authentic tacos. The bar stocks craft beers, carefully chosen wines, and cocktails mixed by our experienced team. You're welcome to bring your own DJ to work with our PA system, projector and flatscreen TV for any presentations or slideshows you might want during speeches. Just minutes from Reading Station with parking nearby, The Vault offers something you won't find anywhere else in town.
