The Chakra Lounge wraps around you with rich teal walls and curved banquettes that follow the room's natural flow, creating an intimate corner of our restaurant where celebrations feel both special and relaxed. We've designed this semi-private space to work beautifully for groups of up to 30 standing or 20 seated, whether you're gathering friends for a milestone birthday or bringing colleagues together for an evening away from the office. Plush seating lines the walls in gentle curves, upholstered in fabrics that invite long conversations over dinner. We set each table with vibrant glassware that catches the light from our carefully positioned fixtures overhead, where an intricate ceiling design adds visual interest without overwhelming the space. Natural daylight streams through the windows during afternoon gatherings, illuminating the plants we've placed throughout the lounge, their greenery softening the sophisticated interior. The space flows naturally from our main restaurant while maintaining its own distinct atmosphere, allowing your group to enjoy privacy without feeling cut off from the energy of Chakra. Our team brings the same attention to your event here as we do throughout the venue, with authentic Indian dishes arriving hot from our kitchen and cocktails mixed to order at our bar. The PA system and Wi-Fi come standard, supporting everything from casual celebrations to more structured corporate gatherings. Just moments from Kingston station with paid parking nearby, the lounge sits within our converted Rialto building overlooking the Thames. During warmer months, guests often move between the lounge and our riverside patio, taking advantage of both spaces as the evening unfolds.
