Greenery spills from every corner of our Whole Venue space, where up to 200 guests can wander through what feels like a Victorian greenhouse that's been left to grow wonderfully wild. When you book the entire Lost and Found Sheffield, you're getting all our distinct spaces - from the light-filled conservatory where wedding ceremonies have brought tears to happy eyes, to the secret bar where birthday surprises have been revealed at midnight. We've watched countless celebrations unfold across our 70-seat dining capacity, with tables arranged between trailing plants and original Victorian features. The grand fireplace becomes a natural focal point for speeches, while ornate mirrors reflect candlelight through the leaves during evening receptions. Our wrought-iron chairs and plush seating areas create intimate pockets where guests naturally gather, cocktails in hand, as botanically-inspired drinks flow from our bar all evening. The garden area transforms parties with fairy lights twisted through outdoor plants, giving you two distinct atmospheres to play with. Inside, natural light pours through large windows during day events, while our PA system and flatscreen TV handle everything from wedding slideshows to corporate presentations. The projector works brilliantly for those touching video messages, projecting onto walls framed by climbing ivy. Your guests can move freely through the entire space - we're completely step-free accessible. Our kitchen stays open throughout your event, whether you're planning a seated wedding breakfast or stations of canapés for a standing reception. The conservatory often becomes a dance floor as nights progress, while the secret bar offers a quieter retreat for conversations. Located on Ecclesall Road with parking nearby and excellent transport links, we've hosted everything from milestone birthdays to product launches.
