Raw concrete walls frame this expansive 3,250 square foot space where East London's creative pulse beats strongest. We've kept the industrial bones of FACTORY 15 intact, those exposed steel beams and original features that give The Factory Floor its distinctive character, while adding touches that warm the space: vintage furniture scattered throughout, vibrant rugs underfoot, and plants that soften the harder edges. Natural light pours through large windows during daytime events, transforming the atmosphere completely from our evening configurations. The Martin Audio sound system delivers crystal-clear audio whether you're hosting 300 guests for a standing reception or arranging seating for 150. We've seen this space transform for fashion shows, with models strutting past the concrete pillars, and shift into intimate cinema screenings where those same industrial features create an underground film club atmosphere. Our bar anchors one side of the room, leather stools lined up along its length, bottles catching the light from our contemporary lighting system. The modular stage adapts to whatever you need, from live bands who love the acoustics here to corporate presentations using our Epson projector. Film crews particularly appreciate how the industrial architecture photographs, while birthday parties often spill from the bar area across the entire floor as the night progresses. Located on Linton Road in Barking, transport links make arriving straightforward for your guests. We've installed high-speed Wi-Fi throughout and ensured full disabled access. While we don't provide catering directly, you're welcome to bring in external caterers who can work with the space's layout. The Factory Floor becomes whatever you need it to become, from sample sales spreading merchandise across the concrete floor to comedy nights where laughter bounces off those steel beams, each event adding another layer to this constantly evolving East London venue.
