The Hawksmoor Room captures the essence of maritime grandeur with its magnificent wooden panelling that has witnessed centuries of naval history. We've preserved every detail of this ground floor space, from the original fireplace to the polished wooden floors that creak gently underfoot, reminding guests they're walking where admirals once planned their voyages. Natural light pours through our large windows throughout the day, catching the grain of the wood and creating an atmosphere that shifts beautifully from morning meetings to evening celebrations. The room's double-height ceilings give it a sense of occasion without feeling overwhelming, making it equally suited for milestone birthday dinners or anniversary celebrations where conversation matters as much as celebration. Our grand dining table comfortably seats 18 guests, positioned perfectly to take advantage of those Thames views. When configured for standing receptions, we can welcome up to 25 guests, with plenty of space for mingling around the fireplace or by the windows.
