The Dining Room Step into our private dining sanctuary and you'll find yourself surrounded by deep crimson walls and intricate black lattice partitions that create an atmosphere of sophisticated intimacy. At the heart of this space sits our showpiece: a handmade circular table with a rotating centre that transforms the traditional dining experience. Watch as dishes glide effortlessly between guests, sparking conversation and creating those shared moments that turn dinners into memories. We've designed this room for groups who want something beyond the ordinary restaurant experience. The plush seating comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests for seated dining, or we can arrange the space for 18 standing guests during more informal gatherings. Above, our carefully positioned pendant lights cast a warm glow across the table, highlighting the intricate carvings on our statement chair, a piece that never fails to catch the eye. Our chefs bring you the best of Thai and Indian cuisine with that signature Manchester edge we're known for. Each dish arrives as a work of art, designed to complement the visual feast of the room itself. The rotating table centre becomes part of the theatre, allowing everyone to sample and share without the awkward reaching across. Our sommelier has curated a wine list that pairs beautifully with our fusion menu, and our bar team creates cocktails that are conversation starters in their own right.
