The Association Room opens into a double-height space where medieval stonework meets modern event needs. Originally the kitchen of a 15th-century hospital school, these sandstone walls now frame your celebrations and gatherings with two magnificent fireplaces catching the eye, one featuring a fine joggled lintel beneath its tall relieving arch. Red carpeting runs throughout the room, complementing heavy drapes that frame grand arched windows. Natural light pours through these medieval openings during daytime events, while the fireplaces create focal points that anchor the space beautifully. We've preserved the room's historical character while adding everything you need for contemporary events: high-speed Wi-Fi connects you seamlessly, our projector and flatscreen TV handle presentations smoothly, and the integrated PA system ensures everyone hears clearly whether you're hosting 10 or 60 guests. The room adapts effortlessly to your needs. We can arrange theatre-style seating for 50, set an elegant banquet for 45, or keep things open for standing receptions of up to 60 people.
