When you book the First Floor Exclusive, you're taking over four interconnecting rooms that create the perfect party circuit. The Council Chamber sets the tone with its soaring windows and those original plaster ceilings that have watched over countless celebrations since the 1700s. Natural light pours across the marble fireplace and antique mirrors, while period paintings keep watch from the walls. Your guests naturally flow into the Reception Room, where we typically position the bar. It's the social hub that connects everything, leading through to the Ann Rylands Room. This more intimate space has its own personality, with French doors that swing open onto our Terrace. Picture your guests spilling out onto the artificial grass, drinks in hand, enjoying their own green oasis right in Marylebone. The whole floor works brilliantly for up to 120 people at standing receptions, or we can arrange formal dining for 70. For presentations or speeches, the Council Chamber seats 85 theatre-style. Our award-winning kitchen team operates from the professional facilities downstairs, creating everything from elegant canapés to full dinner service. Transport couldn't be easier, with multiple tube stations nearby and excellent bus links. The central Marylebone location means your guests can easily combine your event with exploring this vibrant part of London.
