The Exclusive Hire at Gaucho Chancery Lane transforms this entire Argentinian steakhouse into your personal celebration space. Behind those impressive arched windows that flood the ground floor with natural light, we've created two distinct levels that work beautifully together for larger gatherings. The main dining room accommodates up to 185 seated guests or 200 standing, with sleek wooden tables and plush seating arranged however suits your event. Our ground floor showcases that striking floor-to-ceiling wine display, which becomes quite the conversation starter during drinks receptions. The real surprise comes when guests discover the spiral staircase leading to our mezzanine level, complete with its own bar and more intimate atmosphere. This upper gallery works brilliantly for welcome drinks before dinner, or as a separate space for VIPs or quieter conversations during your party. We've equipped both floors with everything needed for memorable celebrations. The PA system and microphone handle speeches and announcements, while our air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable regardless of numbers. For dancing later in the evening, you can bring your own DJ or we can play your chosen music through our sound system. Our alcohol licence runs until 11pm, though Temporary Event Notices can extend this for special occasions. Food remains central to any event here, with our kitchen serving those award-winning Argentinian steaks alongside extensive vegetarian options. We cater for all dietary requirements, including halal and gluten-free menus. The in-house team handles everything from canapés during standing receptions to full three-course banquets. Just moments from Temple Station in Holborn, we're easy for guests to reach from across London. The combination of transport links, flexible spaces across two floors, and our experienced events team makes this an adaptable venue for weddings, corporate celebrations, milestone birthdays or any occasion requiring space, style and substance.
