Theatre artist JB Briggs created something extraordinary here, and we've preserved every detail of his vision. The soaring vaulted ceiling draws eyes upward, while intricate rococo plasterwork frames the room in historic elegance. Natural light pours through those grand windows throughout the day, transforming the space as shadows dance across the ornate walls. We seat 120 for wedding breakfasts around round tables dressed in crisp linens, though many couples prefer our standing reception layout for 200 guests, creating a more fluid celebration. The ballroom's generous proportions mean your photographer captures every moment without crowding the dance floor, while our integrated audiovisual system handles everything from first dance spotlights to video tributes with crystal-clear quality. What makes weddings here particularly special is how the Crystal Ballroom connects to both the Cloisters and Crystal Mezzanine. Couples often use this flexibility creatively, perhaps hosting drinks in one space before revealing the main ballroom for dinner. For truly grand celebrations, we can open all three spaces to accommodate 480 guests.
